Lixil International Property Awards 2022

On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, the furniture company Lixil held an in-person event titled the Lixil International Property Awards 2022 at Palma Tower in South Jakarta. Mr. Santa Firmansjah, President Director of LIXIL Water Technology Indonesia, was invited to deliver opening remarks to the guests in attendance. The event served to recognize and appreciate business partners who have remained committed to achieving shared goals alongside Lixil.

Among the awards presented, the Office Architecture award went to ONG&ONG for Satoria Tower, while the Residential Interior (Apartment) award was won by PT Griyaceria Nusamekar for Casa Domaine. Summarecon Serpong won both the Sustainable Residential Development and Apartment/Condominium categories for Rainbow Springs Condovillas, and the Mixed-Use Development award went to Asia Propertindo Building for Trembesi Tower. Awards continued with Samanea Group winning the Mixed-Use Development category for Samanea Jakarta, Architect Indomegah winning Office Architecture for MTH 27 Office Suites, and Arkadia Works winning Office Interior for the Concentrix Office "The Tales of Batik." Additionally, Keppel Land Indonesia won the Residential Interior (Show Home) category for Wisteria, and finally, Bali Investments won the Residential Property category for Green Flow Villas.

The event continued with a dinner and entertainment session, celebrating the award winners and showing appreciation to all colleagues over a delicious meal. Guests engaged in lively conversations about business strategies—discussing ways to drive their operations forward—all while enjoying a sophisticated atmosphere and the beautiful sounds of a live saxophone performance. With its rich jazz ambiance, the event concluded smoothly, successfully captivating everyone in attendance.
