APL NMM 2025 - Legian Bali
APL National Management Meeting (NMM) brought the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and celebration to the heart of Bali. Set over three impactful days, the program combined strategic alignment with heartfelt recognition—and ended with a flavorful taste of local culture.
The first two days were dedicated to insightful conference sessions, where teams aligned on strategies, shared achievements, and discussed future goals. The evenings culminated in a stunning Gala Dinner & Awarding Ceremony, celebrating top performances and honoring those who made a difference throughout the year.
The final day shifted gears to fun and bonding. The team took part in engaging team-building activities by the beach, followed by an interactive and heartwarming session of cooking traditional Balinese cuisine. Laughter, collaboration, and authentic flavors brought everyone closer—ending the event on a perfect note.
HKETO CNY Roadshow in Bali: A Celebration of Culture & Cross-Border Collaboration
As the world welcomes the Lunar New Year, Groovy Group and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) proudly presented a special celebration in Bali: HKETO CNY - Bali. More than just a festive gathering, this event symbolizes international friendship, cultural synergy, and refined festivity.
Backed by prominent institutions such as InvestHK, HKTDC, and Cathay Pacific, this celebration served as a platform for cultural diplomacy, designed with warmth, professionalism, and festive spirit. We took charge of curating a seamless event experience from concept to execution.
From stage design to visual elements, the event reflected rich Chinese New Year traditions infused with the tropical charm of Bali—bridging the cultural essence of East and Southeast Asia in perfect harmony.
Tull Jye 25th Anniversary - Nusa Dua Bali
Tull Jye commemorated its 25th anniversary with a grand celebration at Hotel Merusaka, Nusa Dua, Bali. This milestone event marked a return to in-person gatherings after two years of virtual interactions due to the pandemic.
Welcoming Activities: Guests were greeted with registration booths and engaging activities in the foyer, accompanied by canapés to set a relaxed tone before the main event.
Opening Ceremony: The celebration commenced with a captivating LED dance performance and a milestone video presentation, followed by speeches from key figures
Dinner and Entertainment: Attendees enjoyed a sumptuous dinner accompanied by live music, creating an ambiance of unity and festivity.
Awards and Performances: The evening featured employee recognition awards, traditional Balinese dance performances, and a cabaret show, culminating in a special performance by renowned Indonesian singer Marcell Siahaan.
Afterparty: The night concluded with an energetic afterparty, where guests danced to music curated by a DJ, celebrating the company's achievements and camaraderie.
Beyond the main event, We organized morning Zumba and yoga sessions to promote wellness among employees. The celebration extended to a cultural experience at The Cuisine Restaurant in Badung, where attendees savored seafood dishes while enjoying a sunset view and traditional dance performances
NEO ASIA IBSA 2025
The IBSA NEOASIA Gala Dinner, hosted at the luxurious Mulia Resort Bali, delivered a memorable evening that blended cutting-edge innovation, elegant atmosphere, and heartfelt appreciation. Gathering top medical professionals from across the region, the event celebrated the future of aesthetic science while honoring industry leaders who are shaping it.
Guests were welcomed with seamless registration and an immersive introduction to advanced face scan technology—marking a significant leap in aesthetic medical practices. The evening continued with an insightful scientific session led by Dr. Yap Hong Keong, exploring the latest in facial aging and clinical techniques via the Structura platform.
Amid fine dining and thoughtful presentations, the event also featured musical performances, a dynamic Q&A session, and a lucky draw that sparked joy across the room. With the lively ambiance of Bali as its digital backdrop, the night fostered deeper connections among practitioners in a setting that was both professional and warm.

When a global engineering powerhouse like Goltens gathers its people from Singapore branch, it calls for a celebration that’s more than just a meeting—it’s a full-blown tropical escape. Set against the stunning backdrop of Bali’s beaches and palm trees, the Goltens Gathering was a vibrant showcase of togetherness, fun, and appreciation.
With colorful Hawaiian shirts, beach vibes, and a sunset-lit seaside venue, this gathering felt more like a tropical festival than a corporate event, ensuring every guest felt the holiday spirit.
